Dishonest marketing practices

I have received a voucher from QVC a year ago. I did not use the voucher within the year period. This week one of their call centre consultants (Lizzani), phoned me to enquire whether they can give another voucher. I agreed on condition that I will not sit through another presentation, since I have already seen it. She assured me that I will not have to. I drove all the way to their business in Midrand to pick up the voucher. There they told me, I have to sit through the presentation, otherwise I will not get the voucher.

QVC will not see me again and they can forget to do business with me. QVC tollerate dishonest marketing practices, which makes them a dishonest company in my view. I will not do business with a dishonest company. Furthermore, I will discourage anyone to do business with them.
