Failure to do her job claiming she forgot

I booked a ticket for my wife online, flying from OR Tambo to PE, flight at 09:55 on Thu the 6th, ref #: LJTVMZ, on her arrival they told her to bring my Cheque card that i used to pay for the ticket, she told them that am 80km away, i then emailed the copy of the card, they refused. She then booked another ticket.
I later drove 160km to Mango tickets sales in OR Tambo to verify my ID and Cheque card, reason for this was that i had another 3 tickets already booked for my wife and 2 daughters to fly from PE to CPT on Fri the 6th at 09:00, ref #: LJTJGK, Sedibeng the supervisor helped me to verify, also gave me a voucher to claim my wife's ticket that she did not use.
At 08:00 Fri the 6th in PE airport my wife and kids were denied access to boarding, Zizipho of Mango in PE tried to contact the office in OR Tambo, Sedibeng was not at work, in an attempt to get her, Zizipho dropped her a text, then Sedibeng communicated via BBM claiming she forgot to verify me on the system, after several phone calls they boarded unverified at 08:55 for a 09:00 flight... the pain, fear of disappointing my kids, am heart broken.
If this woman is not dealt with, then bye Mango and yo pathetic service.
