On Thursday I was supposed to board a plane to Durban and my ticket was purchased in Durban by a Production Company that I was supposed to work for. I missed my Flight and went to the Guest Service Desk for help with the next plane arrangement. I was told to produce a credit card that purchased the ticket and I told her it was purchased in Durban and she said I must tell the person to send me picture of the credit card in which I did and what didn't make sense is that the person who was helping me just took my phone to see the credit card picture and did not verify anything in terms of details and stuff. I was told to bring R620 in order to be booked on the next plane. When I came back to pay the R620 I found a couple of people as well there and 1 of them paid R500 and the other one R350. On Sunday I missed my flight again but this time with [URL Removed] and I ONLY paid R35. ARE THE PEOPLE WORKING AT GUEST SERVICE DESK MONEY MAKING SCHEME ON PEOPLE WHO MISSED THEIR FLIGHTS?
