Goods stollen on commuter's luggage

Just to give you a little brief about my concern.

Luggage number is SA 793896

Yesterday 15 September I flown from OR Tambo airport to Cape Town airport.

I checked in my luggage bag in OR Tambo, my bag had a padlock on it. But to my surprise when I got to Cape Town, my padlock wasn't there and I didn't check my luggage whether all my belonging was there while I was in the airport.

When I got to the hotel (in room) busy unpacking I realize that some of my items were not there.

My Polo shoes that I bought six months ago for R1 550
My perfume - Kouros which I bought 3 weeks ago for R985
My DH belt that I bought 1 month ago for R350
My three t-shirts that I bought for R750 all of them from Woolworths.
All my valuable cost is R3635 and the reimbursement that I am getting from your airline is R320.60 not even closer to the half of the money that I spend buying my stuff. I want money that i will use to replace my stuff or give me my stuff back.

All what I am saying is that, my bag was loaded by people in Johannesburg and it was off loaded by people in Cape Town. You need to take responsibility for our stuff.
