I logged the below complaint on the 13/07/2013 and to day I call them and they tell me I had to complete forms at the airport of which I told them I had a meeting and took photos.
To the manager
I fly once or twice to Bloem and this morning. What a disappointment after sending a complement.
Kindly find attached is my travel bag damaged by you loading crew. It's amazing how they throw the passengers bags.
Please note that I need my bag replaced soon as I travel a lot.
I traveled again and spoke to their desk at the airport and was told my claim was with manager for approval now the story has changed. what business is this.
