This rude individual has the cheek to quote me a price for a ticket cut the call on me an we
hen I call back he says its not his problem and doubled the price I was quoted!!!
this is the worst service and customer care I have ever encounter, as this rude person then tells me he has no dealings with me and can cut the call @ his convenience and refused to send me the call recording where he quoted me the 1st price. is this how mango helps there customers???
is this the type of ppl they have as supervisors who do not care what the customer says as he is right and that's final???
