I had a bad experience with Mango Airlines about 2 weeks ago with regard to a payment issue. I called the call centre numerous times and spoke to various different agents. They were all very rude, unhelpful and arrogant, with the exception of Mr Bingwa. He assisted me where he could and even corresponded with me via his email so that I did not have to keep calling in. Eventually, he was the one to resolve my issue in a very helpful and professional manner and he should be an example to all of those other agents who know nothing about customer service. I feel that Mr Bingwa deserves recognition for his hard work, dedication and excellent customer care skills!
He also deserves a thanks from Mango, as he turned a nasty experience into a good one and has consequently been the one to keep me as a frequent Mango client!
