We booked our tickets on the ages ago (10/10/2013), to flew down to Cape Town on the 19/12/2013 from OR.Tambo, with two bags of 20kg and two hand luggage items and a set of golf clubs. We were not asked for extra fee's or charges. However on our return flight from Cape Town Intl on the 07/01/2014, it was brought to our attention that we had to pay a extra R300-00 for the excess baggage. How can this be? We were informed that this was because it was from a different airport! Is that possible. The booking number ref LFYNRK Mango Vat number 4350232049
Please can someone contact me and confirm this is correct, if not, I would like to have the R300 refunded.
