Cancellation Policy

I booked 3 tickets online from Standerton to Durban at approximately 9:41 a.m. I called the call centre at 9:45 to cancel the tickets. I was told that their policy was that they did not refund money if the tickets were cancelled within 24 hours of the departure. There was no notice on the website stating this while booking. They refuse to refund any money. The booking was made 3 hours prior to the departure time.
