I called at approximately 23:30 on Saturday night for a pickup at 1:30am. All was confirmed - the pickup & my drop-off address & an SMS would be sent. At 1:30am, with still no SMS I called back & was told that my 'driver is 5 mins away', followed quickly by - 'the booking was for 2am & someone would call me back shortly'. Inconsistent much? Where are they getting this information from?
Another 30mins and no call back or driver (who was 5mins away) I called back & was then told that the booking was made for 3am. When I asked why I had been told so many varying times (starting with the confirmation of 1:30am) I was told that I had 'been given the wrong information'. I then receieved an SMS confirming the 3am pickup after I had told them to cancel it - the SMS was to my number, with the correct addresses - but addressed to another person. This is all this business has to do - how do you mess it up so badly?

Since it was now 2am, with just us 2 girls sitting outside the closed venue, I wasn't prepared to chance it that this 3am was also 'the wrong information' & was forced to drive home. Luckily I had had time to sober up while I waited.

I'm now looking for a new service provider!
