On 04/04/13 I got a sms from Cell C stating that I Used up 400mb data plus an additional R60 worth of data. At about 8:30am I phoned Cell C and complained, this is not possible. They told me I went onto Facebook at 10:30pm 03/04/13. Witch I agree with. After this I went to bed. The consultant told me at 1:30am 04/04/13 I downloaded to the above mentioned amount. But they can't tell me what was downloaded or from what website. I have no record on my cellphones internet history of this. My call was disconnected before I could get a ref no. At about 11:30am I had the time to call again. I made the same complaint and was given the same info. Ref no:30404049860. I was promised it will be resolved soon. I received a sms saying they received the query. Ref no 3040401656. Not hearing from Cell C I phoned again only to be told it takes between 24 - 72 hours to resolve a case. Call ref no: 1304056485. Cell C has done nothing to compensate for the discomfort of having no data. Only giving me incomplete information. I had to phone 3 times to be sure of whats going on. I really expected more prompt service and action.
