On Saturday 7 December at 2:15am I came to the drop off Zone to pick up my mum who is a Platinum card holder at Monte. I waited about 3min before the guard (Judas) standing a few metres away left his conversation with a lady to attend to me. He asked me if its a dropoff or pickup and I said Pickup. He says you can't go in. So I asked why as it is a drop off and pick up zone. He doesn't answer me co I said there is no signage saying I cant go in to pickup. I asked him to call his supervisor and he say I can't do that fore you and laughs at me. I saw the two way radio on his waist and again said call your supervisor. He laughs again and says I won't call him. So I asked another guard Elias to please call the supervisor. He says to me you can't go in. I said to him just call the supervisor. He also states that he cant coz he has no radio which I could see on his waist. He then walks away from me. So I parked on the driveway and did not move. Then armed reaction comes over to ask why I'm parked there. So I explained. He told me to park inside and lodge a complaint. I had my mum with me so I could not go in at that time. So I want to know why can't I pick up someone from a drop off zone?
