My clients made a booking of R3414 on [URL Removed] for flights to Cape Town between Lanseria. It was for a wedding on the 12th October and the wedding was postponed to the 19th October. I called Kulula and I asked. It was R1800 to make changes to the flights. I called again to ask if I can make new bookings and get flight vouchers for the booking made on R3400 and I cannot get help. Am I going to lose my money like this or can I get someone to prepare a voucher for me? I have requested the same before...
