NO FEEDBACK - COPY CERTIFICATE

THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING... I am not receiving any feedback with regards to a copy of my certificate.

I studied at Intec and has somehow mislaid my certificate and desperately looking for a formal letter of my qualifcation and/or certificate.

PLEASE, I HAVE ISSUED SO MANY COMPLAINTS, BUT NO-ONE IS COMING BACK TO ME.
