I was booked on on the MN536 last night (1 Sept 2013) with my two boys, aged 4 and 8 years old. We were supposed to depart from Durban, King Shaka Airport to Lanseria at 18:30. We received an sms in the pm informing us that our flight was delayed. At about 19:50 we were informed of a technical problem and that technicians were attending to the problem. I have 2 small boys and were expecting to be home by 8pm latest. We eventually took off at 11:10pm on a BA flight, landing in Lanseria after midnight! I understand that there are technical issues and that Kulula was trying their best to accommodate us. What really infuriated me was the fact that we were not given any info on what was going on, nothing was done from their side to make it easier or more comfortable especially to parents with small children. We were told to be patient, they are working on the problem. Not even water was offered to those waiting in the queue. Very very poor customer care. Deeply disappointing as I have always been a very loyal supported of Kulula.
