I left my cell phone in a rental car at Sishen airport, and could not retrieve it before the flight as keys were in the key-drop box. I noted this to Edia who was responsible for DTL check-in processes at the airport. She ensured that the phone was collected and returned to Johannesburg and kept me frequently updated. Great effort! I'm sure anybody who uses a blackberry/smartphone for their daily business life will appreciate the implications.
