BAD SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!

I was supposed to travel from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg on the 9 of August 2013 after I purchased the tickets costing me R700-00, only to be phoned 15 minutes before departure time to be told the bus is not in condition to be on the road. Well I missed the meeting I had to attend and I asked for my money back only to be told that I have to follow their so called procedure providing them with my banking details and everything, I called them several times being told I will get my money after 14 working days-I waited and now I receive a message telling me that my refund application is unsuccessful, so I called them and I was told that I have to find someone who is travelling who I can sell the tickets to because they are not going to give me my money back, this is juss so ridiculous. For this I will sue them and they will pay me my money with interest on all the calls I made with my airtime and time they are wasting. I had never had such kind of bad service in my life, I will report this to the media also ministry it transport and tourism and make sure that they dont operate here in Port Elizabeth-this company is juss full of I say that, I can't believe this!!!
