I purchased a ticket for SA Roadlink thourgh computicket. It was to travel from Vereeniging to Port Elizabeth. The bus was scheduled to leave 10/11/203 at 17:40 and simply just never arrived. I phoned the call centre 011 3332223 who assured me the bus was running late and on its way. The bus that arrived at 20:00 that evening was headed for East London, not Port Elizabeth. When trying to phone back to find out what was going on, no one answered the phone. I phoned this morning 11/11/2013 and the call centre agent Papi advised they have a no refund policy - HOW DO THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER ON A SERVICE THAT WAS PAID FOR?
