I had made a booking over the phone for a few nights accomodation where we had discussed the emailing of booking forms to finalise my stay. So 2 weeks had passed and I had not yet recieved a booking form so instead of wasting my breath I looked elsewhere. About 2months down the line (28 Nov) they called me and enquired about whether I was coming or not and upon me saying: "I didnt recieve a booking form so I found alternative accommodation" I recived numerous swear words from the man on the phone proceeded by a "goodbye " where the phone was put down. This kind of service is disgusting, they failed to email me the correct information then they treated me with complete disrespect.
