I posted a complaint about Hermanus Beach Club on the 16th of August 2013, on the 20th RCI responded saying they would investigate and contact me directly, it is now the 24th and still no direct response. Do RCI use a standard response so as to appear to be interested and then never actually investigate and get back to their clients?
