Unauthorised debits from my account

I never allowed this company to deduct money from my account. In fact, I had never even heard of them. As far as I am concerned, this is activity. I would also like to know how FNB can allow anyone to debit money from my account without my express permission. Is there a problem with their security checks? To add insult to injury, I had to pay to have these debit orders cancelled - even though I never authorised them in the first place.
