I am very disappointed in the service being rendered by the holiday club.. this unfortunately is not an isolated issue:
- Tried making a booking a few weeks ago and was told by the consultant Seema that she would call me back and never did!
- My husband and I both have holiday club points and are told we cannot consolidate as we will need to pay transfer fees which I understand... but also that we would lose all points that havent been booked... and to top this all consolidating our points will not bring us to the next tier... what cheaters.. especially since we have nearly 40 points between us that cost over R100, 000!!!
- And now.. I get an e-mail saying my accounts is in arrears of R1, 500... how can this be when you debit my account monthly and also since I spoke to 2 people at the holiday club discussing this issue almost 2 months ago
