No correct surname on e tickets booked through cal

I booked my ticket through customer care on Thursday evening around 07.00pm. Discussed with Elen and booked the ticket. She told me that whe will send me the booking reference number and she gave me the PNP payment reference number. She also told me that you have to pay the amount in 24 hours. I didn't received any mail after that. Since the time limit was only 24 hours I paid the money to PNP and receive the receipt. On receipt I seen that the surname is wrong for both passengers. I immediately call to customer service on 09.08.2013 around 02.08pm and discussed the matter. They said that ok we will listen your conversations and will call you in 24 hours. No call I received from your site. Then again I called on Saturday i.e. on 10.08.2013 and discussed with Mr Molesi around 02.12pm, he told me that he will endorse the name as correctly and will send me the mail. No email I received.

In the meantime I sent three email to tour reservation department also for the same but no satisfaction reply.

1. Manya Jitesh Porwal
2. Varsha Jitesh Porwal

Please solve my problem.
