Very Bad Service when trying to pay your account

One two Occasions when I have tried to pay my account with my Capitec Mastercard. I was unable to make the payment.

I dealt with the manager Daryl, who it seems likes to put VERY INCORRECT information on ones account.

According to Daryl, Leisure books system needs to be upgraded to accept my capitec mastercard.

As per our last conversation, we agreed that he would approach his management with regards to my payment.
We would take it from there.

WHAT I DO NOT LIKE IS THAT WHEN I PHONED TODAY AND SPOKE TO VALDA
MY ACCOUNT COMMENTS READS AS FOLLOWS.

LEISURE BOOKS HAS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I CANNOT PAY WITH MY CAPITEC BANK DEBIT CARD BUT I STILL REFUSE TO PAY MY ACCOUNT.
BASICALLY, THEIR SIDE (LEISURE BOOKS) IS CLEAR.

I JUST DO NOT WANT TO PAY MY ACCOUNT.

THIS IS NEWS TO ME.

AS PER OUR LAST DISCUSSION, THE MATTER WAS UNRESOLVED.
DARYL WOULD CONFER WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND
THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME.

DARYL AGREED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH LEISURE BOOKS SYSTEM, NOT ME.

BUT LISTENING TO THE NOTES ON MY ACCOUNT, I AM AT FAULT.
