I wish to lodge the following complaint/s:

1. With ref to my flight booking ... & car hire ref...
2. 1st problem unable to pay with Kulula travel bank funds. Note no banner on website to inform me that this could not be done.
3. 2nd problem no banner on website to explain that I will be unable to make changes to my flight booking on the "manage my flight" tab.
4. 3rd problem only way to make payment for flight changes was to give ALL credit card details over the phone. VERY RISKY in case of crossed line / anyone listening in to the conversation.
5. Badly trained agent on the help line Lerato Ncubo, phone call at 11;20 on 6 Aug 2013. Duration of call noted on my phone 20.42 minutes.
6. Cost to make changes to my flight R2188, very high considering the original cost was R5462.
7. It was more economical to cancel the entire deal at a cost of 20% for the car hire cancellation: R509.85.

My conclusions:

o I will no longer use Kulula if at all possible for business or personal flights. Reason total experience USER UNFRIENDLY
o I wish to close my Kulula TRAVEL account, with a full refund of the R5000 deposited, reason: I do not think there is any advantage in having an acco
