Nicci on SA Express going the extra mile

I was on flight SA 1214 on 29 July. Richards Bay to ORT at 18:40.

Since I am a Muslim, I usually book a special meal but this time I did not for some reason. When Nicci was distributing meal packs, before I could say anything she offered to go look if there is a veg meal pack for me.

Thank you Nicci for the courtesy. Much appreciated. And I enjoyed the three cheese roll :-)
