Went to store this morning behind ER Mall to return a item, 2 security people where standing in conversation with each other, I was ignored, I walked straight up to the till to return a item which was about 40m away, I was basically at the till when security shouted Mam, Mam, a Sarah came up to me and asked why didn't I stop at security so I told her because they where chatting away not attending to people then I was rudely told that they were not doing this, the cashier then also chipped in then, by then I was fuming as I was treated like. When I looked at the nametag al of a sudden everybody was friendly, when I've done my credit return I was asked to supply my phonenumber which I said I would not do, so the supervisor did override this part, when I walked away from the counter to the candles, all 3 staff members including the supervisor where making remarks about me in Xhoza which then I walked back to the counter and told them that I do understand them and then I just walked out of the store because this staff have no respect for their customers. I treat people with respect in a store if I get treated the same, I don't ask for royalty treatment just simple decency.
