This company have cars advertised with finance available and ALSO TO FOREIGNERS.If one is interested in any of these cars then you are required to pay in a REFUNDABLE deposit of R500 which is meant to make sure that you are not time wasting.
If the finance appllication is succesiful the R500 will be used towards repayment but if not succesiful for any reason as long as if it's not you who turn it down then your full deposit will be refunded.
I paid in my deposit and submitted all the paperwork they needed and on the 10th of February he responded to me saying my application was declined on affordability basis so my deposit will be refunded by his office to my account.
Up until now i haven't got that deposit back and when i phone in to speak to him all he says is that the refund process is out of his hands and he does not give you the contacts of the office responsible for the refund. No time frame is given to say how long does it take to get the money back in my account.
If authorities or other consumer rights organs doesn't intervenne this guy will go on swindling people's monies as people keep on applying for his so called car financing.
