Internet Voyager offline for days

I urgently had to book a business trip and decided to use my milesfor this flight. I tried to log in to the Flysaa Voyager site, just to be told that the login TIMED OUT. After trying for about half a day, I eventually phoned SAA Voyager. The client service person told me that the system is down and that not even him can log in - so I would have to wait for the system to come on line before I could be helped. They would have the problem solved by the end of the day.. It is now 2 days later and the problem has not been solved!

Please tell me how they keep this airline flying if you cannot even make bookings?

This complaint only serves as a "blowing off some steam" exercise as I see that there is no response from SAA to any of the complaints. I guess if you are funded by the government and your yearly shortages are topped up by the government too - then you could not be bothered to worry about client service.
