I have been with Flexi Club since 26 March 2011, we signed on at Club Mykonos. to which I signed a contract to pay R515 towards points, and an annual monthly fee of R274pm. I have been paying my bills by debit order every single month. I have now being called last month before 24 June to say there is an outstanding amount of over R5000. I have asked for statements, (which I don't receive EVER) regarding the account. I was sent a very informal statement, which was just an email (no formal statement on a letterhead) also they have spelled my surname wrong, to which I have requested to spell it properly, and to this day they still have it incorrect. I have now been told the annual fees have gone up and my annual fee expired (no one has informed me in anyway) and that my account is in arrears, and have now been sent to court. this is the second time they have done this, the first time they have checked and they had their details wrong, to which I received a verbal apology. I asked how to cancel, I was told I have to be a member for 5 years before cancelling. how can I be forced into continuing with this garbage of a scheme. I have had enough of this money grabbing
