Why EMIRATES uses BidAir, just pathetic!

One is used to BidAir staff disorganizing boarding, whether it is Gate A5 or any other gate, your staff behave like amateurs (remember, it was me how told you how to board properly, after one of your staff felt she should harass me). EK764 yesterday: The usual chaos at Gate A5, your staff started boarding eco passengers first (to get downstairs), until some C class passengers (and frequent fliers, like me!) complained. Downstairs, two of your staff "organizing" that everybody was on the correct side of the walkway. I asked your staff Pumbile (or Pembile) why there was chaos again. She told me what MY PROBLEM was as I was flying economy only anyway. Yes, she got a piece of my mind loud & clear.

Emirates seems to appreciate that I fly with them almost monthly. Your staff however make sure that everybody is stressed & that the bad travel experience starts unpleasant. When I got on the plane, one of the flight attendants told me that other passengers had already complained about your passenger handling, and the purser told me he is filing a report.

As always, you have the golden touch of hiring the best people for the job, Mr. Guhr, thank you for stuffing up a perfectly nice flight!
