Dishonest marketing strategy that does not delive

In Dec2012 I was phoned by an agent stating that I had won a free holiday. All I need do to redeem the holiday was to visit the FlexiClub offices in Century City-listen to a presentation & the holiday was guaranteed to be mine (legal contract-Offer and acceptance). I did this & was handed a certificate stating that I could book a holiday at any one of the specified destinations (T&Cs accompanied the prize of which I conformed to) The period for this offer was a year. During the year starting in May2013 I called the number to arrange my free vacation. Initially I was told to forward my certificate & provide details of when & where I wanted to spend my free holiday via email -I confirmed receipt of my email. I was told I would receive feedback within 2weeks- this did not happen. I called several times thereafter & almost each time Izelle Drips and her assistant pretended they did not know who I was or made other excuses or her assistant said Izelle was unavailable but would call me back (not once had she). I have proof of all correspondence, my emails don't get responded to. What a pathetic organisation. They promise you a free holiday but ignore you when you try redeeming it. Out right liars!
