My mother had the worst service ever with this company she used this service on several occasions and not once did they keep to any promise due to her being a patient person she just excepted the terrible service on Tuesday the 2nd July the booking was for 8am the bus was half an hour late no apology given.my mother was going to pietermaritzburg from johannesburg and arrival time was expected to be 2pm. The bus broke down near escort and passengers were toldthey have to wait for a mechanic. The company should of made a plan and take responsibility but that never happened the passenger had to sit in winter and wait. The arrival time in pietermaritzburg was then 9pm so it took an extra 7 hours. Again today my mom was coming home and the bus was booked for 12 she arrived at 11 she had waited until 2 and then queried she was only then told the bus was cancelled and re scheduled for 3PM, the bus left at 4.30.So she waited 5 and a half hours after the long wait the long bus is now smoking and stuck in estcourt want to know how this type of service is allowed and what's going to happen when human beings are treated in this manner.
