Cancellation of policy nr 610492023
I have been assisting my domestic worker with this since 12/02/2013 and still no closure. Bernice Selwane Lekhoaba's husband has been without work and she can not afford this every month anymore but she has spent a lot of money on airtime and I have sent emails and still not closed.
I can not understand why they make it so difficult especially for the under privileged to cancel a policy. Bernice is really struggling every month to keep food on the table on her own and then Clientele come and just take a chunk out of her salary.
Please could we get assistance to cancel her policy?
