Misunderstanding about price after purchasing

Dear Sir/Madam

This is a complaint about the service of SA Roadlink. I asked the tellers how much does it cost for a return from Cape town to East London, the teller responded R350, 00 and then another other side indicated it was R600.00 from East London. Then I assumed that the whole trip will be R600 which I paid up. but before I could sign i saw that it was a one way ticket and right there on the spot, I told them i cannot accept their price. They then threw me with condition of the carriage, which were never read to me and I said to them, my conditions are that i want out of this price it is very steep for me to afford.

Then the supervisor came and told me they cannot do anything, I said to the supervisor I have not signed your T&C's. please give back my money or i'll pay for the return which is R350.00 and then get my change.

the area manager was then called in and the same explanation. I told them I made a mistake, can they at least give me the return of R350.00. I want this people to give back my money or give me the return ticket at the most. I cannot afford to pay R600, 00. to East London. Traveling next week Thursday & returning Sunday.

Please assist in this regard
