Poor Professional Conduct

My mother passed away during the last year. My father had decided to change the contract on my mothers name with MTN from pre paid to post paid. He visited the branch in the Avenues with my wife. He explained that he will be travelling in July and cannot come in to change the contract to pre paid from post paid. He was advised by Samantha that he can ask a family member to come in to do the necessary. He had to provide a letter of authority, copy of his id and of my son [who will bring the letter].
When my son went there today Samantha told him she remembered my father, he was rude when he was there and he had to provide a copy of my mothers id and the death certificate. This is not true as my wife was with my father, what makes it worse that this is done in the absence of my father who could not defend himself. It shows lack of professionalism and poor judgement.
