I paid for my breakfree gold card on the 11 February 2013 via eft into the breakfree holiday account to the tune of R650.00 which included postage. I thereafter e mailed and phoned the breakfree offices on the 19/03/2013 and they promised to check and get back to me but to no avail. I phoned the next day and spoke to Anne who mentioned that the card was posted and that there was a backlog with the postal services. Anne also sent me an email stating that she would check with her staff regarding the status of my card on the 20/03/2013 and get back to me asap, unfortunately one and a half months later i am still waiting. This company is very unprofessional and very poor service provider.
