My husband joined flexi-club end of Nov 2012.our 1st debit order was supposed to through in march of this year but to our surprise a total of R1903.33 was debited from his acc on Dec 27th, again in january and february.now the 1st debit was supposed to be R1741.11 due to once off admin fee so tell me where do all these other costs come from? we sent a letter of cancelation in january but got no response.then our lawyers sent 2 more letters before they got a response in may stating we can't cancell our contract because 5 days had long passed.now in march and april R591.11 was debited which was agreed upon but an additional R587.20 now tell me what is that for? we had to close that bank acc because you would not stop debiting us.now you are threatining to come to my home & take my property. I hope people read this just to knwo what kind of business you are running.a agency.
