I have a query with Flexi-Club & Their Transfer Process, I am transferring my membership to another person and I specifically specified that the Transfer be effective from 1 August 2013, and I was making a booking they have already suspended my account & forfeited my savings of almost R3000.00, they are real as I paid for this and I am unable to use them nor can they be refunded back to me, I have contacted the CPA and in the process of them investigating Flexi-Club and their motives, money from clients.
