I booked a ticket on SA Roadlink Sunday morning (20 Jan 2013) as I needed to be in Cape Town for an interview on Monday morning (21 Jan 2013) the bus was to leave george at 22:35. I received a phonecall from their offices at 22:15 (20 minutes before the bus had to depart from george) informing me that the bus was delayed by 6hours it was still in port elizabeth and that there was not a seat available on the bus for me as they overbooked the bus (how the does that happen???)
I am utterly disguisted in your service, You have just cost me a possible job opportunity.
This is the first time every that i had to make use of your services, but trust me i never ever will again!
