We made a flight and accomodation reservation with Club Med to Mauritius for the 29th of June, but unfortunately had to make amendments to the booking and cancel Mrs Koch's reservation and book another person in her place. We paid over R17000 for the reaservation and when we requested for a change on the booking, the feedback we recieved was not ONLY unsatisfactoy but now we had to pay an additional R24 812 just to change from one person to another on the exact dates which is amost 3 X the original amount that was paid for the original booking
We have been Club Members with Club Med for a very long time but the service we recieved at this point was REALLY bad!
