Dear Peter,
I'm writing this email to inform you that my mother in law (V. Machogo) and my 3year old son (O Ngobeni) Ref LSR665 &LSR666 were on a bus that was supposed to have left Bloemfontein at 04:45am arriving in Johannesburg at 09h55am on the22nd of June 2013. But the i was informed that the bus only arrived an hour and 30minutes late at the departure point (bloemfontein). I had booked a meter cab to collect them, and due to the delay I had to pay an extra fee for the delay that was caused by Trauslux, I need to understand as to who is supposed to pay for the extra 1hr 30 minutes, and the whole inconvenience? I am not impressed with the service that we are receiving from translux as this is not the first time this is happens.
I wrote an email to their customer care line and no one has contacted me.
I would really appreciate it if someone could deal with this matter and get back to me.
