Lack of consideration and Time Management

I am disgusted in the time management of bus number 1100 from Cpt to JHb on the 21st December 2013. Time of departure on ticket is 16:00, however, at 17hrs we sit here in the sun with no idea when the bus will actually arrive. Having babies and children with us, I find Translux service appalling and will never consider this option again. This is however not the first but second time. Departing from JHB on the 15th December on bus NR 1101, our experience was just as unpleasant. Bus was supposed to depart at 17:45, our bus only arrived at 19h30. I hope that this email will reach management and they will improve the services of their company. As an individual I will not recommend Translux to anybody and definitely going to the social networks to use as my platform.

We pay and expect service delivery. And at this point, you are far behind your competitors. Greyhound/InterCape my next option.
