I have never encountered such rudeness, arogance, and outright BAD customer service by a young employee sitting behind check in counter, on a power trip! Where he outright screamed at us. When asked if we could speak to a manager, he said we have no right to speak to manager. All because of camera equipment which is never a problem. We walked away there shaking with anger. We book groups on a regular basis and on this occasion for over 20 people. If Solimzi Ntshangase is not fired, we will not book any of our groups on British Airways again. Sort this out!!! We expect an apology and proof that Solimzi is fired. That was unacceptable! And the worst customer service we have EVER encountered!!!
