To whom it may concern
As i am writing this complaint, i am travelling from cape town to Vanderbijpark (it is 8:20 pm). We were supposed to leave Cape town at 3:15 pm, guess what we left at 8pm. We have received smses at 2pm, 3pm and 5pm saying respectively that the bus will be 2h, 3h and 30min late. To our dismay, the bus arrives at 6pm with mechanical problems. Why you need to say away from Greyhound/citiliner? My first point is: "We were given wrong information all the time", no one and i have to emphasize no one apologize to us in person (on behalf of the company) about the delay... we are human beings..
My second point: Having noticed that the bus was not moving (from 7 to 8pm), we went to meet the consultant at the desk. Poor girl, the least i can say is she was clueless (smiling, scared...) about what was happening, she could only say repetitively that there is nothing she could do. More shocking, she kept saying her manager was aware of the all situation and didin't want to be contacted...
We demanded to speak to someone who could assist. She refers us to the customer service in JHB. I use my cellphone to log a complaint, i am still so dejected by the attitude and the res
