Bought our tickets 6 months ago. This plane has been scheduled for about a year. Catering delay plane for over an hour because they have neglected to bring food out. Hardly a surprise schedule. Flight crew embarrassed and angry at the inefficiency. Can't blame them. Is SAA a first world airline? - not according to comments of 247 international passengers. Come on! SAA is the pride of South Africa. Poor show
