Worst customer service eve

I flew with LAM from JHB to Tete on June 17th Flight TM314, and upon arrival in Tete my luggage was not there. I have tried fruitlessly to get a reference number for the lost luggage. People do not want to help, and just stare at you. Eventually on Wednesday June 19th I received a number after spending almost two hours at the airport.(TETTM10142)
Needless to say I still have not found my luggage, and NOBODY can help me to allocate it.
