On 31 May 2013 @ 15:10 I check in with flight SAA 346 from Cape Town to Jhn. Before check in a guy from SAA selectively tag only some of our luggage to be left at the aircraft door to be put in the hull. There was no consistency. On arrival at OR Thambo we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the stairs before we could board the busses. At the luggage terminal we waited again 10-15 minute. I collected my luggage and left home. On arrival at home I had my dinner and then wanted to unpack my luggage. I discovered that some body handling the luggage at the air port had cut my lock which is gone. I found my battery shaver was and my clothes is in a disarray. I claim from SAA my damaged suitcase and battery shaver to the value of R 1, 780.00. My SAPS case number is CAS 53/6/2013. The are thriving at SAA Luggage and ther is no supervision.
