I do not usually generalize, but I think the staff at the mango refunds and finance department are incompetent. This is the second time that I have to voice my opinion on a public platform about their incompetence. I am still waiting on my refund since 23/05/2013.They inconvenienced me by deducting a flight amount twice, I have complained to the guest services department and it has not been resolved. I was told that the payment was made on last Thursday (13/06/2013) and would reflect on Friday (still not in my bank account). Now they say latest next Monday. This is completely unacceptable and I would like to address this with someone who can actually help. It is almost a month later!!! Completely Completely unacceptable... the fact that I am not the only one complaining about this situation (I have noticed complaints of this nature on other social platforms) means there is something really wrong and the airline needs to address it.
