Froze almost to death and now sick as a dog!

Greetings, on Sunday 16/06/13 I took a Citi liner bus from DBN @ 21:00pm to arrive in JHB 05:00am next morning. I froze in this bus till I couldn't feel my body as the temperature was below 0; we all did in fact because of an alleged malfunction with the air-conditioning system. Now I'm sick and I have to cough out an extra R350 to see the doctor. I'm truly disappointed in the service received as this is the second winter this is happening to me, imposed by the same company; Citi liner. What's even more disappointing is that the driver became aware of this just after the first Tollgate but still there was no attempt to send a mechanic or another bus. Lives were at stake here, what ever happened to the health and safety pledge. Do these people even consider our lives? If in this case the aircon issue was not checked pre to departure, what else could have been missed? Another hazard maybe? I didn't feel comfortable or safe at all on my trip. I feel horribly sick; I don't even have an appetite for food due to the flue I contracted through the freezing cold experience in the bus. Can someone please tell me if this is really what we pay for, to pay more after for treatment? It's a shame
